Summary: Great location....a little noisy at night, but that's to be expected given the location. Room only had 1 bed....they call it a queen, but more like a double....next time will ask for 2 beds. No elevator to 4th floor pool.

Summary: PLUS: The hotel is by the beach and in the center of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. MINUS: San Pancho is noisy until 11 pm or midnight. As long as you like to party, it's a great place to stay. The morning in-the-room coffee, croissant, & OJ was the best.

Summary: I highly recommend staying here on your trip to San Pancho. The rooms are luxurious, the morning coffee and breakfast delivered to your room with warm croissants is divine, and the roof top pool is the perfect escape in this tropical oasis. The staff here are absolutely incredible. Helpful, patient with our broken Spanish as well practice, and so very warm.

Summary: We loved our stay. The property is exactly as pictured. The staff were great, especially the bartenders at the pool. We enjoyed sunsets at the rooftop pool. The furnishings are beautiful and high quality. The location is perfect. Thank you for a great stay.
